Mobile entrepreneur (CEO of 4INFO) but lover of media, technology, culture and all things fun.


The CEO and co-founder of 4INFO, Zaw Thet is a veteran of the technology and mobile industries, setting the bar for how companies reach and engage consumers on their mobile devices. 4INFO was founded in 2004, and under Zaw’s leadership, has become the largest independent mobile media company in the US: managing mobile media, marketing, and advertising for thousands of top tier publishers and advertisers and tens of millions of users every month. Zaw is also a board member and an advisor for a select group of companies in the mobile, social, and media/advertising sectors. He is dedicated to the non-profit sector, serving on the national board of After School All Stars, started by Governor Schwarzenegger, the largest non-profit serving underprivileged 6-8th graders. He is also the Chairman of Palindrome Advisors, which he started in 2010, helping NGOs and non profits like ASAS and NOAA’s National Marine Sanctuary Foundation leverage the power of social and mobile media platforms for build communities, raise awareness, and increase funding.

Prior to 4INFO, Zaw was part of the early social networking industry at Spoke Software. During his time in and out of college, Zaw was the CEO and co-founder of GetInventory, a web-based supply chain management company, and a special consultant to the San Francisco 49ers. Zaw is quoted in the national press on a regular basis in publications like the Wall Street Journal and New York Times; and is a featured speaker at tech, mobile and digital advertising conferences, recently appearing at TechCrunch Disrupt, SxSW, ad:tech, and the 4A's. Zaw graduated from Stanford University with degrees in Political and Computer Science, where he was a President’s Scholar. He has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was a Soros Fellow.
